Dissenso per cosa? Non ci è stato spiegato.
Quello che ne è uscito fuori a quanto pare (e non solo con CAMERIERA) è che OCCCA viene percepita come una sorta di Sindacato dei Camerieri, che vede nel RISTORATORE il male da cui difendersi e verso cui sferrare attacchi mediatici.
Quindi:

Premesso che le critiche le abbiamo sempre fatto verso tutti, dai camerieri ai cuochi, dai ristoratori ai clienti, è indubbio che i post più condivisi e commentati sono quasi sempre quelli a tema cameriere e che parlano dei loro diritti.
Ma non sono gli unici generi di articoli o post che pubblichiamo. Anzi. Di recente abbiamo chiesto parere a un Consulente del Lavoro, per scrivere un articolo e dare un’idea chiara ad ambo le parti su come per esempio andrebbe gestito un colloquio di lavoro, affinché né da una parte né dall’altra ci si senta costretti a turarsi il naso, tollerare comportamenti inaccettabili o sentirsi minacciati da contratti vincolanti.
Siamo qui a dire a tutti che si può lavorare meglio e anche di più se si lavora insieme.
Per riuscirsi però dobbiamo capire che siamo un’unica brigata, altrimenti tra 5 anni saremo ancora qui a dirci che:
– il costo del lavoro è troppo alto
– in Italia il Cameriere non è valorizzato
– i giovani cuochi si sentono arrivati ma non sanno cosa è la gavetta
– ho 28 anni e mi propongono ancora il contratto da apprendista
– dovrei far pagare tutto il doppio
– non si trova personale qualificato
– non si trova chi ti vuole pagare.
– eccetera, eccetera, eccetera.
