Qualcuno salvi il dipendente DI CAPRIO!

Chi non ricorda la scena di Titanic in cui Rose riesce a salvarsi mantenendosi a galla su un’anta come zattera, mentre il povero Jack (Leonardo di Caprio) finisce per morire assiderato in acqua?

Tutti abbiamo pensato la stessa cosa – “Fallo salire brutta stro**a! C’è spazio per entrambi!”

E invece no, il povero Jack resta li fino all’ultimo respiro abbracciato alla sua amata fino a che morte non li ha separati.

Ecco. Ora prendete quella scena.
Sostituite il Titanic con il mondo della ristorazione.
Prendete l’iceberg e al suo posto metteteci il Covid19.

E i nostri 2 protagonisti? Chi potrebbero rappresentare?

Oggi Rose e Jack per me sono il TITOLARE e il DIPENDENTE dell’azienda (zattera).
Rose è il titolare perché rappresenta nella divisione di classe espressa nel film, la parte abbiente, quella che “deve” salvarsi.
Jack, di conseguenza rappresenta il dipendente, perché sta “dall’altra parte” e come tale rientra nella casistica delle vittime sacrificali.

Già perché mentre in tanti di voi seguono i rotocalchi delle battaglie e lettere degli imprenditori verso il governo, nel mare dei dispersi non è affatto udito il grido dei lavoratori in disperazione.

Quello di cui non si sta parlando è il braccio di ferro che nel nostro settore è iniziato tra titolari e dipendenti da quando si è iniziata a percepire l’idea di una fase 3.

I locali riaprono, con mille difficoltà.
Le spese sono elevate.
Gli incassi saranno esigui.
Non c’è spazio per tutti.
Qualcuno dovrà restare a casa.
Fino a quando? Non si sa.

Ma siamo sicuri che non ci sia spazio per tutti?
Dico, ne avete parlato voi titolari apertamente con i vostri dipendenti? Io non dico che Rose e Jack ce l’avrebbero fatta entrambi, ma cavolo, almeno provateci a stare in due su quella zattera (il locale)!

La cosa peggiore che sto sentendo in questi giorni è il totale silenzio di tantissimi titolari verso i propri dipendenti che hanno quasi paura a chiedere, a distanza di mesi:
“Ehi capo…ma quindi che si fa?”

E onestamente con OCCCA questo mutismo lo conosco bene, considerando come quando a Gennaio pubblicai la simulazione di un contratto da 1400 euro netti, spiegando quanto costasse quel contratto al datore di lavoro.

Tantissimi imprenditori iniziarono a scrivere:
“Ecco bravo! Diglielo quanto ci costa a noi un contratto!!!”

Ma perché voi non potevate dirglielo? Mah…

Sapete, c’è un’altro fenomeno culturale, più moderno, che attraverso i suoi film ha cercato di insegnare una morale che trovo molto più interessante e socialmente utile. Mi riferisco ai film della Marvel.

Delle tanti sue morali ce ne è una, forse la più forte espressa tanto sui fumetti quanto nei recenti film: NESSUNO VIENE LASCIATO INDIETRO.

Spiderman ritengo sia quallo che la esprime meglio.
Quando Peter Parker viene morso dal ragno radioattivo, prima di diventare l’eroe positivo che tutti conosciamo, usa i suoi poteri per diventare un famoso wrestler.
Una sera vede fuggire un furfante ma non lo ferma perché non lo ritiene affar suo. Più avanti scoprirà che quel furfante è lo stesso che pochi giorni dopo uccide suo zio.
Lo stesso che gli aveva sempre detto “Da una grande potere derivano grandi responsabilità”.
A quel punto Spiderman realizza l’importanza di quello che deve fare perché solo lui può farlo.

Cari ristoratori, qui nessuno vi attacca. Non c’è alcun sindacato dei dipendenti contro i titolari. La verità è solo una, ovvero che voi siete titolari e in quanto tali responsabili.
Voi avete questo “grande potere” nel mondo della ristorazione.

Ecco quindi perché siete voi Rose sulla zattera in questo momento.
Per due motivi in realtà:
1) se solo uno deve sopravvivere, questo sicuramente siete voi, poiché, inutile sottolinearlo, se chiudete voi, chiude tutto.
2) che se c’è qualcuno che può allungare la mano per permettere a Jack di provare a farcela, insieme, quelli siete sempre voi.

Magari non ce la faremo tutti, ma cerchiamo di non portarci i rimorsi nel post covid.
Iniziamo la fase 3 con una mentalità diversa, altrimenti avremo perso 2 volte.
