No seriamente, affrontiamo questa storia del pane, perchè dopo 10 anni di esperienza nel settore ancora devo capire come mai c’è chi trova normale e naturale tagliare il pane in fette da circa 1 centimento di spessore, perfettamente lineari, mentre c’è chi sevizia e tortura filoni di pane, tagliando sorte di cunei, che iniziano con uno spessore di 3/4 millimetri per poi arrivare allo spessore di due dita.
La cosa che risulta grave è come i secondi trovino normale tagliare così il pane, il che manda di conseguenza in bestia i primi, che puntualmente troveranno ai colleghi maldestri altro da fare, mettendosi a finire di tagliare e “fare i cestini”.
Che poi avete fatto caso che è un lavoro che si arriva a fare sempre poco prima che inizia il servizio, e chi si prende la briga di portarlo a termine finisce per essere l’ultimo, a non avere il tempo per un caffè, una sigaretta…aspetta un attimo!
Ma non è che è una strategia quella di tagliarlo male per evitare di farlo?!?
Poco cambierebbe, i maniaci del pane perfettamente tagliato piuttosto sacrificherebbero i loro 5 minuti di pausa piuttosto che vederlo servire sui cestini come un quadro di Picasso.
