Nel caso di Alessia Ligorio, cameriera di Terni con la passione (sua e del marito Mauro Esposito) per la buona cucina, si organizza una luna di miele “insolita”.
Al posto di una vacanza di 2 settimane tra la bianca sabbia e il sole di una località esotica, i giovani sposi decidono di approfittarne per vivere l’esperienza di quanti più ristoranti stellati della penisola italiana potevano permettersi. Nasce così l’idea di HONEYMOON – Love & Gourmet.

I ristoranti stellati in cui volevamo andare erano 7, alla fine siamo riusciti ad andare su 6 di questi.

Tra le 600 e le 800 euro a cena, mediamente.
In tutto il viaggio ci è costato circa 6mila euro.
Tutto sommato una cifra ragionevole, considerando che solo di viaggio, spesso una coppia può spendere anche di più per mete oltre oceano.
Si, decisamente. Inoltre in questo modo l’eccellenza ce la siamo cercata. Da quando ci frequentiamo con Mauro abbiamo sempre condiviso questa passione per i ristoranti. Quando ci siamo confrontati sull’idea di luna di miele eravamo abbastanza insicuri verso le classiche mete. Una volta si sfruttava l’occasione del viaggio di nozze per fare qualcosa di unico, come andare in un posto esotico o visitare qualche grande metropoli come New York o Tokyo. Oggi, per quanto non alla portata di tutti, non sono nemmeno mete così proibitive. Quello che invece difficilmente ti può capitare, è mangiare nei ristoranti stellati migliori al mondo (come nel caso di Alajmo, riconosciuto come il 39esimo ristorante dalla “50 best 2016”), a meno che tu non viva nel lusso totale.
Così abbiamo deciso di vivere quel lusso, a tempo determinato, qui in Italia, patria del turismo enogastronomico mondiale, alloggiando e mangiando negli hotel e ristoranti tra i migliori che potevamo scegliere.
Come avete organizzato questa luna di miele?
Tramite l’agenzia di matrimonio. Gli abbiamo spiegato la nostra intenzione e abbiamo selezionato una serie di ristoranti dove saremmo voluti andare. Quando al ristorante non erano legate strutture ricettive l’agenzia pensava anche all’alloggio. Le singole prenotazioni sono state distanziate di un paio di giorni ciascuna così da poterci permettere anche di visitare le città in cui ci siamo fermati. L’aspetto culturale e del territorio è imprescindibile dal ristorante in cui ti trovi, dal Lago d’Orta a Novara al Golfo di Sorrento di Don Alfonso, abbiamo potuto apprezzare la cucina italiana assieme alla bellezza del nostro territorio, dal mare alla montagna passando per città eterne come Firenze e Roma.
Che impressione vi hanno fatto i grandi della cucina italiana?
Quello che non ci aspettavamo era la grande informalità con la quale siamo stati accolti. Ovviamente in tutti i ristoranti e hotel dove siamo stati, c’era professionalità e cortesia in ogni gesto e parola, ma quando abbiamo avuto modo di relazionarci con chef come Alajmo, o patron come il sig. Giorgio Pinchiorri e la moglie Annie Féolde, siamo stati accolti da una cordialità che non ci metteva alcuna soggezione nonostante per me che sono del settore, essere servita da questi grandi nomi fosse certamente un’onore.
Avete avuto modo di raccontare la vostra idea di luna di miele?
Si e sono stati tutti molto entusiasti di questa nostra scelta. Tutti hanno fatto in modo che la nostro esperienza nel loro ristorante fosse speciale. Ognuno di loro ci ha lasciato con un ricordo, chi un libro autografato o addirittura nel caso dell’Enoteca Pinchiorri ci hanno regalato una bottiglia di vino con dedica.
Un’esperienza del genere la consiglieresti a chiunque o solo a novelli sposi che lavorano nel settore?
A tutti, assolutamente. Mauro non è del settore, lavorava in fabbrica prima di aprirsi una propria attività nel mondo della telefonia. Eppure ha vissuto come me, con lo stesso entusiasmo, questa luna di miele. Qualsiasi momento importante di una coppia, o in generale tra persone, è sempre coronato da un pranzo, una cena, una bevuta, un momento di ristoro.
Se devi festeggiare un anniversario che fai? Prenoti il ristorante. Lo stesso matrimonio ormai ruota più attorno al ristorante dove si riuniranno gli invitati che alla cerimonia ufficiale in chiesa.
Abbiamo voluto puntare tutta su questa esperienza e per noi è stato come vivere al massimo, ogni sera, il miglior anniversario della nostra vita. Forse bisogna avere un minimo di cultura culinaria per apprezzare alcuni contesti ma oggi, tra programmi tv e foodblogger, credo che il livello medio di ognuno permetta di apprezzare l’offerta gastronomica dei grandi ristoranti. Anche se non si è capaci di comprenderla è comunque un’esperienza positiva.
Un pò come ammirare un quadro o un monumento anche senza essere dei critici d’arte.
C’è chi va in posti esotici ad ammirare paesaggi mozzafiato e godere della vista di panorami da cartolina, noi abbiamo preferito godere dei piacere del cibo!
Toglimi una curiosità. Tra i ristoranti dove siete stati c’è una grande assenza, l’Osteria Francescana, quest’anno premiata come miglior ristorante al mondo. Come mai?
In realtà erano uno dei ristoranti che avevamo scelto, ma nonostante avessimo tentato di prenotare anche prima che fosse premiato era già tutto riservato per le date che avevamo scelto, nonostante appunto i 3 mesi di anticipo.
